I had very high hopes for my experience with Tampa Florist because the staff was genuinely friendly, attentive, and compassionate when I initially placed the order for my brother’s burial services. Communication during the ordering process was pleasant, and I truly appreciated their kindness during such a difficult time. Unfortunately, the final product was very disappointing. One of the flower arrangements was not what I ordered, and the ribbon lettering looked poorly done with glue and glitter, which honestly felt inappropriate for a memorial service. When I reached out afterward, I was told their machine had broken. While I do appreciate that they refunded me one arrangement , it was still upsetting to discover these issues at the cemetery during such an emotional moment for our family. Customer service was kind and responsive, but the quality and presentation of the actual arrangements did not meet expectations for such an important occasion.

The arrangement arrived in perfect condition, the flowers were beautiful and fresh! I ordered from out of state with no knowledge of reputable florists in the Tampa area and was delighted to see the quality and care that was taken for this order. Will absolutely order again :)

Thank you so great ! Some flowers are in season so they get exchanged but look how well they still made them I enjoy this better than the picture on the website and so did she. Was super helpful and delivered to a apartment with a gate they lasted a bit while she was at work.

John & his team did a phenomenal job with all the flower arrangements for my wedding. Him and his team went above and beyond my expectations! The flower arrangements were absolutely stunning and pictures truly don't do it justice! I was taken back by how beautiful the flowers left my reception and ceremony. My bridal bouquet was breathtakingly gorgeous & my bridesmaids absolutely loved their bouquet! I had such a wonderful experience working with John all throughout the process! He is punctual, flexible, has great communication, he is a man of his word, and he has great integrity. I would HIGHLY recommend Tampa's Florist Inc!
